Title: XoopsForge or CAOS Forgery help
Post by: Stiffler on 2003-03-24T14:39:27-06:00 (Monday)
Does anybody want to help me update the XoopsForge Module? There are tons of bugs in it. Hence, the reason I took it down. The developer seems to have lost intrest in it. I need ppl that understand php. We could rename it to CAOS Forgery if we want to, because with all the changes I have in mind for it, it will be a completly new module. I know Grim is interested in adding CVS support for it. When finished, Senior Project groups can use it to keep a very nice project page, or anybody else for that matter.

I don't know if I'm going to have the time to get into any actual coding, but I'd be more than happy to aid in beta testing and other debugging aspects.  I have a fairly advanced knowledge of PHP, so I'll help where I can.

For all that want to help out, we can meet after Vic's CVS presentation. We can discuss everything that is to be done.

Sounds good to me. This also gives everyone a quick CVS tutorial that might come in handy during the project.
