Title: Putty. The best Windows telnet & ssh client.

Those of you still using telnet, or worst Microsoft Telnet, the better looking and more secure solution is Putty.  Not only does Putty run telnet and ssh(1&2) but it also acts like an xterm and can be used to make ssh tunnels.  This is the program the CS dept uses in their labs and it is totally free.  :-D
