Student Tutorial Tester
Position:
Tripos, Inc. is seeking a student to perform tutorial testing for its SYBYL software suite. Students with a background in science or interests in the software development process are preferred, but not required. This position is part-time with flexible daytime hours ranging from 20-30 a week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-The tutorial tester will run the set of SYBYL tutorials on multiple platforms (Linux, IRIX).
-Verify the accuracy of the documentation and the software.
-Log and track issues using a defect tracking system.
-Communicate issues to the software development team.
