Title: qt toolkit class?
Post by: Brian Pritchett on 2007-04-17T21:42:53-05:00 (Tuesday)
If you are unfamiliar with QT: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qt_%28toolkit%29

I think this would be a wonderful class to have, since QT is cross platform, and in the current curriculum there is no GUI design outside of using visual basic. Would there be enough interest in this to propose it?

Are there any prof's familiar with it?

If they offered it, I'd sign up.

i'm not sure if any professor has experience with it.  my advisor, dr. blythe, seems to know lots about linux, and since QT is such a major toolkit on linux, he might know some (total speculation). i need to email him soon anyway, i'll make sure to ask him about it.
