Title: Sir Bill? Not Exactly---Bill Gates Knighted

Bill Gates was knighted in England today.  This was done supposedly because he has been so important to the British economy.  He cannot, however, be called Sir Bill Gates, because he is not a citizen of Great Britain.  I bet he is the nerdiest person ever to be knighted.

I didn't think US Citizens could be knighted. Isn't there some law about not being able to recieve foreign titles.

Some folks think that there is an Amendment missing from the Constitution. Most refer to it as the missing 13th. Apparently, it prevented lawyers and folks with foreign titles from being elected into office.
