Title: Emule doesn't infringe copyrights; people infringe copyrights
Post by: Tyler on 2004-11-24T20:45:01-06:00 (Wednesday)
A story at boycott-riaa.com has an interesting viewpoint about what might happen if laws pass that hold p2p companies responsible for what the users do.

One major parallel is the gun industry.  Guns don't kill people; people kill people (or so Charleton Heston tells us).

Just my 2 (maybe 2.5) cents.
