A while back, we were having trouble with the avatar function on this site. The problem was that new users could not add an avatar to their account. Since that time, we have upgraded the site, however, I have not heard if the problem is fixed. From what I can see most of the newer users still do not have avatars, but that might just be a coincidence. If you are a recent addition to this site and can or cannot add an avatar I would love to know.
