Business Analysts / Sr. Business Analysts (Currently Looking for 2-3)
- 1 to 4 years working experience as a business analyst preferably in the consulting field
- Ability to work independently and with teams
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Exposure to software development methodology and business deliverables (e.g. requirements and design)
- Experience with business process modelling using a tool such as Visio
- Self-starter, willingness and aptitude to learn new concepts
- Open to travel
Business/User Experience Analyst (Currently Looking for 1)
- All of the above qualifications plus degree and/or experience in Human Computer Interaction field
Architect (Currently Looking for 1)
- ~8+ years experience in software development
- ~5+ years experience with Object Oriented design and development
- Deep Java/J2EE experience, preferably with WebSphere App Server (Portal Server a plus)
- Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Enterprise Services Bus (ESB), and Services Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Exposure to Integration tools such as TIBCO and/or WBI a plus
- Excellent writing, communication and client-facing skills; willingness to create documentation and deliverables for client engagements
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Ability to facilitate JAD sessions with multi-disciplinary teams (business and technical folks)
- Open to travel
Java Developers (Currently Looking for 2)
- 1-2 years working experience in software development
- Experience with JSP, HTML, and Java
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Exposure to a structured software development methodology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
