have anyone tried PHLAK distro? I have trouble setting up the wired and wireless network.
I tried this command "ifconfig eth0 dhcpd" and it says it doesnt see that I am connected to my router.
any help??
I have never used PHLACK, but usually dhcp is not a parameter of ifconfig. Try the dhclient command. Also, I'm assuming you've made sure that eth0 is currently up and that it is the correct interface you are trying to use.
ok i will try that. I will post more question if it is still not working.
