Title: Need Office '03 for Mac

I'm getting parents a mac this weekend and I need a copy of Office '03 for Mac.  If anyone can get this to me say tomorrow at the LAN party/open house I would be eternally grateful.  Hell I'll even pick you up a case of beer (if you are old enough)

Awesome. I REALLY REALLY need this. I'm getting my parents a new Mac right after the open house and it is a MUST have.

yeah I have office 2k8 for mac on mine right now, I believe me and jarod both have a copy of if you need it...

I would rather NOT go to '08  this is for my parents they are familiar with '03 and i dunno if '08's interface is like '07's but if it is  :-X

Nothing in general, but you know that this is outright illegal.  None of you should give him a copy, lest you all be part of the illegal transaction as well.

If you have a job, go buy it.  If you can't afford it, have them buy it.  I can't believe you bought a Mac and decided you couldn't afford Office.  You suck right about now.

We bought it for Windows and now that we are going mac that version won't get used so as far as I'm concerened its more like "swapping" :D

Just so you know (and will stop bashing the tar out of me) I bought 08 today.  And i freaking HATE entourage what happened to outlook?

Glad you bought it :)

Outlook has never been in Office for the Mac, as far as I know.  I have O2K3, and it has Entourage as well.  However, as far as I can tell, there isn't any difference between it and Outlook.  Then again, I don't use Outlook much beyond use at the office.

FYI:

There isn't really any apparent difference. But M$ decided not to encorporate any type of import tool that will move mail from outlook to entourage. I had to take the emails from outlook (windows) to thunderbird (windows) to mail (mac) to entourage (mac) FUN FUN.
