The physics club is hosting an outing tomorrow night (Friday, May 8 ) at 6:50 pm to go see the new Star Trek ( :nerd:) movie at the Showplace theaters in Edwardsville.

I saw it last night. It was freakin' amazing! The casting was perfect!

(Note: This is coming from someone who has never been a fan of Star Trek. ;-))

I agree with the above two posts. There were a lot of great subtle-humor lines in the show (which I love), the casting was excellent (and believable even), and there were a few particularly epic moments. I don't see movies very often (the last big one I saw was Taken) and this was probably the best one I've seen in a while.
