Title: Scrabble Cheater
Post by: William Grim on 2009-11-19T16:28:45-06:00 (Thursday)
So, I often play word games on my iPhone, such as "Word Warp" and "Whirly Word".  Sometimes I also play games like Yahoo's Literati.  To get myself through sticking points, I totally wrote a cheating program to help me find anagrams.  Thought some of you may be interested in using it.  It is here. (http://mcwordy.grimapps.com/cheat.html)

It has a somewhat large database of words but could always be bigger.  If you know of any place with good word lists, let me know.  And yeah, it's not the prettiest; I'll spruce it up later.

You could use Apple's dictionary files. I forget where they are stored but I'm sure you can easily find that out with google. ;)

Apple's copy of Webster's Second International is already in there.  I'm just one step ahead!  :-)
