The founder of LUUCS has a personality akin to that of Windoze 95???  Oh, the irony.     :-P

Gee, Pete, maybe you should consider switching to Linux, or at least upgrading your personality to Windows XP.   :-D

Amiga OS here... I think if you end up with Win ME you have to change your major to CMIS. ;-)

I came up as OSX as well.  I was hoping more for FreeBSD, and why don't they have a Solaris personality?  Ahhhh!!!

This is my wife's result.  With me as Windows-anything, I guess it's a good thing that she didn't come out Linux-typed.   :-P

Speaking of HP-UX. Here are some ways of pronouncing it. I got these mainly from Quade.

1) H-PUX (P sounds like a F)
2) PHUX (FUX) This is the most popular

This has no bearing on your Wife. And I am restraining myself on saying a really bad joke. Gota go.

"HP-SUX     /H-P suhks/ n.     Unflattering hackerism for HP-UX, Hewlett-Packard's Unix port, which features some truly unique bogosities in the filesystem internals and elsewhere (these occasionally create portability problems). HP-UX is often referred to as `hockey-pux' inside HP, and one respondent claims that the proper pronunciation is /H-P ukkkhhhh/ as though one were about to spit. Another such alternate spelling and pronunciation is "H-PUX" /H-puhks/. Hackers at HP/Apollo (the former Apollo Computers which was swallowed by HP in 1989) have been heard to complain that Mr. Packard should have pushed to have his name first, if for no other reason than the greater eloquence of the resulting acronym."

I'm OS/2 WARP like Jon.  Maybe we're just warped.  I'm surprised how many are slackware.  I didn't think that anyone besides me and Quaid even used slackware.

PS I love this new smilie. :pint:
