Can students run Perl scripts on cougar? :-?

Even if you could locate a Perl interpreter on that system, I doubt they have the ExecCGI option enabled in apache for user homes.  Just run your Perl/PHP from solar.cs.siue.edu...

No, I asked them about PHP and Perl a long time ago.  They said something about not trusting students.
