Title: User Selectable Themes!

Registered users can now select a new theme. There are only three right now, but I'll upload more later. If you log off, It think the theme defaults back to the default theme. This is a minor bug.

As far as I can tell, that's the *only* way to switch it back to default.  And personally, I'd like the theme switcher back on the "Edit Account" page, since it's not something I use a lot (and need available at all times).
