with the whole 'sex sells' thing. the part that bothers me most about it is when it has a negative influence. as stated above the guy/girl hired on looks to sell techy gadgets & such is bad for the consumer if they dont know their product.

waitresses who are hired on looks bug the CRAP out of me. i have found i get horrible service 99% of the time because they are hired cause they just got a boob job, or they dont pay any attention to my table cause we are not flirting with them enough for them to think they will get a good tip.

i work in soulard & such a high percentage of the places we go for lunch down here a have the whole hooters vibe. grrr.
