was hoping to get someone from OIT to respond that knows something about the network.

I checked ICN's website and I don't see SIUE listed with them so maybe this will be next month.

there will most definitely be a HUGE smile on my face and I will call up and apologize to all the STC and Telecom people I've yelled at in the past few months.

well, just got confirmation that this has already occurred in 1999.

they must have done a horrible job because the connection here still sucks with "28 T1 connections".
