I'm really short on time on Friday: my daughter's birthday party is Saturday. I'd really like to vote for Justin the Boss, Justin the Master, and Jesse the Chief.  :-)  Can I just drop by, vote, and leave; and what time?

Kate has my vote...

I can vote, can't I?

Kate, Shaun, what are you guys doing? I've already committed to vote for the three above. Are they even running? Boss, you better do something when you still can. Can we have 3 presidents? -  The First President, The Female President, and The Shaun President.  :-)

Shaun Martin

I prefer Supreme Commander Martin.

I haven't seen any fliers around the building stating "Vote for Me".  Who should I vote for if I know nothing about the candidates?

glassprograms, if you are who I think you are, than your first name is Brian :-) , and in this case you know Kaitlyn. She was in the 325 on the "game development" team with Jim and Dallas. I think Justin R. was also in this class, but I was told today he is not running, at least not for a president.

Kit, it's room 1033:

Well, for starters, I'm a junior Computer Science Major.  I work for the Computer Science Department; helping out with system administration.  You might see me and Jeff Croxell working in the robotics lab in the mornings.  I've been involved with C.A.O.S. since declaring my major.  Back in high school I was Vice President of NHS, Treasure of STUCO, and (for two years) Editor of the yearbook; so I have experience leading...

Hmmm, those are the basics...  What else would you like to know?  Goals? I'll try my best to organize as many interesting, fun, and informative events as possible.  Some ideas that have been suggested are a DS Lite competition, a programming talk on Ruby, and a talk on how to write games in Python.  Other possibilities would include inviting some of the local SIGs to talk about themselves to see if anyone is interested in joining them, a Wii sports competition with door prizes for the top three winners ;-), and maybe even a coding contest to compliment all those talks about Ruby and Python. :-D  The possibilities are endless.  For a lot of the ideas I'd be relying on you guys for input on what sounds like something interesting enough to give up an evening for.  In short my main goal would be to get as many people involved and dedicated to C.A.O.S as possible.  You don't think I'm shooting too high do you? :-)

Anyway, don't hesitate to ask me any questions you might have.  I'll be checking the forums and my e-mail all day tomorrow, as well as attending the meeting Friday.

Don't Forget to Vote! It's your C.A.O.tic duty! :-D :usflag:
