Macs can have hardware problems same as PCs, only difference is you have to go pay big bucks to have it fixed if it is out of warranty vs. PC you find a deal on newegg and fix it your self.  :D

wasn't retribution, just a fact. I'm the first to admit PCs have problems too.

Ah, I love WoW arguments and MacVsWindows ... both bring so much anger =)

ill prolly end up bringing it by the lab one of these days, been rather sick with that flu going around.
Didnt mean to disappear after posting.

Maybe tomorrow, Wednesday 13th. Class starts at 1, will any of you be in the lab before hand? Or is that pretty early.

Also, got ballsy, opened it up, one of the fans burns to the touch, and def isnt spinning ... so i would assume that is my problem , but i dont have a clue how to take it out or if thats even safe?
so info on that, would be awesome, took me about 20 min to figure out how to get the graphics card out safely. =/

It should be safe to carefully remove it. (can't give specifics, every one is diff). If you can get it out you might be able to take it to a place that sells computer parts in Fairview. Or just look for one that looks like it on ebay
