Members of the SIUE Physics and Computer Science Faculty,

As a student at SIUE (Graduate in the IDLT program) and a staff member of the Science Center, I thought I'd send everyone an e-mail about a great presentation.

On Saturday, September 24 at 2pm, Dr. Manju Hegde, CEO and co-founder of AGEIA (http://www.ageia.com) , will speak about his company's PhysX Processor, the world's first physics processor, at the Science Center's new Center Stage venue!     It's a free presentation, and he'll be available afterwards for informal questions.  I think it's a great introduction to this technology and how it might be utilized in your research, classroom, and free time (that is, if you play computer games/simulations that require physics algorithms.)

Thank you for your time, and I hope to see you there!  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail or call me!

Anyone wanna' plan a carpool up to the Science Center on Saturday?  This could be an interesting talk, and if I can find the time, I'll try to attend.

... oh God, if I can find the time... :-?
