Well not really.  But they own the domain name.

The reason they own this domain name is that it was mentioned in an episode of The West Wing.  Whenever TV shows mention a fictitious website they usually buy it first so that geeks (like myself) who type in the name don’t get some objectionable site and then blame the show for any offense they suffer.
