Sticky Topic?

What is a â€Ã...“sticky topic?â€Ã, (Represented by a red thumb-tack)

A Sticky topic is one that will always remain at the beginning of a forum. For example: there are 100 post in the "Post To" forum. Topic number 100 is import, so it is made sticky. It is then moved to the first slot and will stay there even if new post are made. Then, if another topic is made sticky, it will stay in the number 2 slot of the forum. I hope this is clear.
