Google's Image Search is more limited than its text search

I discovered something interesting about Google's search results.  The regular Google text search results include pages that have â€Ã...“?â€Ã, strings in them but the Google image search does not.

For example this search (Ross Mead) points to this page www.cs.siue.edu/news/story.aspx?StoryID=200506270.  However the same search on Google Images misses all the pictures on the story page and only shows the ones that were on the preview-page.  To solve this problem I have posed a page without the question mark that has all the photos.  We will see if this trick works.

The new picture page is here SIUE CS News Pictures Page

LOL!!!  I'm just more interested in why you were looking for photos of me on the internet!?! :-P  Just kiddin'!

I had noticed similar things like that in the past when I was reading my daily online comic.  If I did a search on the Google image search, the comic would not pop up.  This (or something related) may be the cause...

Good to know! :-D
