CAOS Time-warp.

Has anyone else noticed that there is a time-warp on CAOS between when you are logged in and when you are not?  If you visit this page (http://caos.siue.edu/modules/newbb/) and look in the upper right-hand corner you can see what the server thinks the time is for your time-zone.  

For my account I have told XOOPS that I am in the Central Time   Zone so it says the correct time when I login.  However, I think that some many of us are in Central Time that it might also make sense to set that as the default for guest's (a.k.a. non-logged in users).

What does CAOS think?
