I am thinking about doing a talk on XSLT in a few weeks.  Does CAOS think that there would be enough interest during the summer in something like this?

William Grim

I'd be down with it.  I like seeing talks like this in general anyway.

Are you using the book I purchased for part of the info?

I'm up in the Chicagoland area for the rest of the summer.

Hmmmm, maybe we could set-up a webcast if there is enough interest.

I'm not sure about a webcast.  It sounds complicated.

However, since there are not many people around this summer, perhaps I should consider making the event open to people outside of the SIUE community.  For example, there might be technical organizations in the area whose members might be interested.

That would be great!  We could send messages to GatewayCHI, St. Louis Web Developers, and St. Louis Tech Group.

You could also notify the St. Louis Unix Users Group (SLUUG).  This isn't exactly Unix-oriented, but I'm sure they have people that would be happy to attend one of these presentations.

Sounds interesting... What dates and time were you considering?
