Application Testing at SSE

SSE is currently seeking four Application Testers. The successful candidates will develop test scripts, perform maintenance of tests and staging environments, and test new applications and patches for changes. The candidates need to be able to quickly gain a clear understanding of application functionality and how to apply the knowledge to practical testing.

Requirements:
A college degree is preferred but not required. Computer Science or a similar field is preferred. Qualified candidates should have excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Job Functions:

    * Investigate, analyze, and resolve moderately complex application questions and problems.
    * Effectively communicate with management and systems developers on requirements, testing activities and status.
    * Formally document bugs found.
    * Attention to detail with emphasis on quality.

    * Work independently and as member of a team.

 
Must be U.S. citizens, or green card holders.

Start date: Immediate
Length of assignment: approximately 6 months
Hourly rate: $12-15 per hour
