A leading Internet data center Cybercon located in Downtown St. Louis seeks individual with good computer server and communication skills for full-time or part-time Network Operating Center support positions. Strong computer and Internet knowledge is preferred. UNIX or Linux server experiences a plus.

Candidates will work with UNIX and Windows servers, Internet switches and Firewalls in a 24x7 environment (2nd or 3d and weekend shifts).  Duties include monitoring and troubleshooting Internet server and network problems, answering and resolving technical support issues via phone, email or online support systems.
