Weather module

I upgraded the weather module to version 1.3a. Let me know if you have any problems with it. The "var" text should now be replaced by the actual wind direction.

Ooops. I forgot to check that registered and guest users can view it. It should be viewable now.

I tried to click the detailed forcast and got a permission denied.

OK, you have permission now. Again, I needed to check the little box that grants permission to registered users.
