subversion server upgraded

The subversion server (code.cs.siue.edu) has been upgraded. The site should run a little faster this semester. Please use https://code.cs.siue.edu/... where you used to use https://code.cs.siue.edu/svn/...

Also, http://svn.cs.siue.edu/ (note the lack of an "s" on the protocol name) contains a list of the repository names.
