OVERVIEW:

The objectives of the Client Confidentiality Program are to:

Identify changes to policies, processes and technology to ensure that access to client data is controlled at all times and that data breaches are identified and reported in a timely manner.
Initiate and coordinate projects to implement the required changes.
There are four workstreams currently defined as part of the program. Each workstream is made up of a number of modules which consist of one or more projects focused on implementing controls to address a specific risk.

The initial focus is on Sales & Trading, PB and Operations in America, with limited participation by IBD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The CCP Business Analyst will be responsible for performing ad hoc analysis of program issues to support the Program Manager:

Analyze client confidentiality risks and the supporting systems and business processes to identify key drivers and/or constraints to define the target end state for the program.
Review project deliverables to identify gaps in risk coverage or to recommend changes in scope or priority of scheduled work.
In addition, the CCP Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the status reporting process to monitor and report performance against plan for all in-scope projects:

Build and maintain project plans with Project Managers.
Ensure consistency in project plans and provide planning support for Project Managers.
Review and monitor items in the Central Team issue log.
Track program actuals vs budget for effort and external costs.
Prepare reporting packs for workstream meetings, the BU Implementation Group and the Steering Group.
Maintain the program SharePoint site.


SKILLS

Required Experience

  • At least 4 years of business analysis / project planning experience.
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Project and Office applications.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
