I just learned about the schools new educard program being offered and was hoping to take a few CS courses. Do any offer java or J2EE development?

lol nevermind found it 2 min later...CS390...

I took CS390 a few semesters ago and it does not cover J2EE.  We used J2SE and learned mostly client-side applet and standalone Java application programming.  There was no coverage of Servlets or JSP server-side applications.  I am not sure if the material has changed... They syllabus seems to be about the same. http://www.cs.siue.edu/stornar/courses/cs390/admin/su00/390syllabus.htm

Sure the material learned in this class would be helpful in programming server-side applications, but dont expect to here about Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) and other advanced J2EE webcentric concepts.
