New DNS Server

Hey!

Anyone here on campus ever experienced times when the DNS server seems to go down, but you can still connect via IP?  Well, I put a caching DNS server up at 146.163.150.15 (snow.cs.siue.edu) to help mitigate this issue a bit.

So, if you live on campus, you can go ahead and point to this server as your DNS server.  It will cache all your requests and hopefully ease the problem a bit.
