http://www.savebetamax.org">Savebetmax.org is organizing a National Save Betamax Call In Day to help stop the lawmakers from repealing it.  For those of you that don't know, the Betamax Decision said that the technology can't be held responsible for what the users do with it.  i.e. VCRs can't be made illegal because they can copy tapes and thus commit copyright infringement.  This is applicable nowadays because the RIAA and MPAA are constantly trying to outlaw technology that can enable people to copy movies and music.  If you don't want things like CDRs and Ipods made entirely illegal, I would recommend checking out their http://www.savebetamax.org/">website, and not to mention the http://www.boycott-riaa.com">Boycott RIAA website.
