Brain warm-up U (Uninspired Number Puzzle)

I have become exceptionally busy in the last few weeks and have not had time to update my site.  I suspect this state of affairs will continue for the rest of the semester.  So, I am leaving off work on the last few puzzles.  However, I really like puzzle U (http://lamonica.info/CAOSPuzzle/U.html) and although it is not completely done (it still runs a little slow and has a minor UI bug in FireFox) I have decided to post it.

If time becomes available to my I will try and complete the other remaining puzzles (or replacement with less complicated ones), but for now, please content yourselves with this one.

Wow, I had no idea this one would be so hard.  Noone has even solved the easiest of the three puzzles.
