That is quite possibly the most innovative peripheral I've seen in years!  I'd considering ditching my IBM Model M for that keyboard.

This looks like an art project.  Is it for real?  Can you really get one of these?  The fact that creaids are listed and not prices and ordering info. makes me think that this is just a reall cool design project (at present).
