Ok, this one is hard to believe, but Burger King may have crossed the line into beastality.

Check out their new website:
http://www.subservientchicken.com/

Its a submissive chicken dressed in, well, suggestive clothing, to advertise a new chicken sandwich that you can "have it your way".

Apparently they took the Quiznos philosophy of doing something really wierd to get recognized a step further.

By the way, anyone who wasn't terribly annoyed with the quiznos commercials should see where those "spongmonkeys" came from.  http://www.rathergood.com/moon_song/  Personally, I think it's hillarious.

Back to the topic of chicken porn.  Since it's a guy in a chicken suit and not a real chicken, it's not actually bestiatlity.  It's just really really out there.  High-paid marketing executives and this is what they come up with?  Sexuality may sell a lot of products, but um.., well.., some products and sex do not make a good mix.

You're right. I think people who like to explore their sexuality in animal costumes call themselves "Furries". Or at least that is what I saw on an episode of CSI. And they say television isn't educational  :-P

Still, it seems on the edge of inappropriate advertising, but at least it isn't subservient-ronald-mcdonald.com

At least it isn't another naughty girl video starring Britt Spears wearing only 8 small feathers (on her ankles).

But yeah, it's one less company I'll be visiting for lunch =/ I'm down to Wendy's and Backyard Burger now.

Stupid, yes.  Most definately.  Strange?  That too.  Entertaining?  Sort of.  "On the edge of inappropriate advertising"?  Nope.  Not even close.  The only sexual thing I'm getting out of it is that it's a simulated webcam, and the weird lingerie.  If you try issuing the commands "masturbate" or "go have sex," the chicken walks up to the camera and scolds you.  It's a guy in a chicken suit.  Dancing around like an idiot.  What is so different about any other ad campaign?  At least it's not McDonald's currently incoherent ad rush centered around the phrase "I'm lovin' it."

And, on the other hand, the furry community doesn't like being associated with beastiality.  See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Furry.

/methinks I need to stop reading the Wikipedia when bored :)
